Do you work with businesses across the United States?
Yes. We are fully remote and work with businesses in every US state. We schedule calls during US business hours.
Which accounting software do you use?
We work in QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you are not sure which you are using, we can help you figure it out on our intro call.
What does payroll coordination include?
We coordinate with your payroll provider, record payroll in your books, reconcile payroll liabilities and track tax payments. We do not hold your funds or replace your payroll provider.
Do you prepare or file taxes?
We prepare clean, organized books so your CPA or tax preparer can file accurately and quickly.
How long does a clean-up take?
It depends on how many months are behind and how many accounts are involved. After reviewing your books we give you a clear scope and timeline with your quote.
Is my financial information secure?
Yes. We access your books through an accountant invitation in QuickBooks Online or Xero. Please never send passwords or full account numbers by email or through our website form.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime with 15 days' notice.
